It’s super simple to whip up and naturally I had to share it with all of you. Ingredients One 11oz package baby spinach (coarsely chopped) 1 can chickpeas or 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas 1/2 a large onion rough chopped 1 cup mushrooms chopped 2-3 T olive oil or avocado oil1/2 tsp garlic powdersea salt to taste Instructions In a large saute pan, on medium heat, cook the onions in the olive oil.
