High School DxD. High School DxD (Japanese: ハイスクールD×D, Hepburn: Haisukūru Dī Dī? , alternatively written as Highschool DxD)[note 1] is a Japanese light novel series written by Ichiei Ishibumi and illustrated by Miyama-Zero. The story centers on Issei Hyodo, a perverted high school student who is killed by his first date who is revealed to be a fallen angel and is soon revived as a devil by Rias Gremory to serve her and her devil family. Plot[edit] Kuoh Academy (駒王学園, Kuō Gakuen?) Is a former all-girls school that has recently turned co-ed, but it has a secret. Unknown to normal humans angels, fallen angels and devils comprise part of the student population. One of these students, Issei Hyodo, is a lecherous second-year human student who lives a peaceful life.

Story arcs[edit] The light novels follow a series of story arcs. The light novels also feature a series of side stories set in between the main storyline, and are often compiled into volumes. The Pierrot+ studio produced an OVA of Beelzebub which was broadcast during the Jump Super Anime Tour in October 2010.[3][4] This was followed by an anime TV series which aired in Japan between January 9, 2011 and March 25, 2012.[5] The story follows Tatsumi Oga, a first year student at a school for juvenile delinquents called Ishiyama High. The story starts with Oga telling his best friend, Takayuki Furuichi, the strange story of how he found a baby.

One day while doing 'laundry' by the river, Oga saw a man floating downstream. Oga pulled him to shore but the man split in half, revealing a baby boy inside. In the early chapters, he attempts to 'pass on' Beel to other students at Ishiyama, thinking that if he can find someone stronger and more evil than himself, the baby will attach himself to that person instead. Later, Oga discovers a peculiar symbol etched on the back of his right hand. While visiting the park, Oga meets a girl named Aoi and her brother, Kouta. Opening themes. Itsuka Tenma no kuro Usagi. The Devil's Black Rabbit of an Unknown Time is a Japanese light novel series by Takaya Kagami, with illustrations by Brazilian illustrator Yū Kamiya.

The series includes 13 novels published by Fujimi Shobo between November 2008 and December 2013. The series also has a spin-off series, Kurenai Gekkō no Seitokaishitsu (紅月光の生徒会室, Gekkō Kurenai's Student Council Room?) , which has five volumes since February 2010. A manga adaptation by Shiori Asahina started serialization in the shōnen manga magazine Monthly Dragon Age on October 9, 2009.

A 12-episode anime adaptation aired between July and September 2011.[1] Plot[edit] Kurogane Taito is a freshman in Miyasaka High. Another. Another (アナザー, Anazā?) Is a Japanese mystery horror novel by Yukito Ayatsuji, published on October 29, 2009 by Kadokawa Shoten. The story focuses on a boy named Kōichi Sakakibara who, upon transferring into Yomiyama Middle School and meeting the curious Mei Misaki, finds himself in a mystery revolving around students and people related to his class falling victim to gruesome, senseless deaths. A manga adaptation by Hiro Kiyohara was serialized between the May 2010 and January 2012 in the issues of Kadokawa Shoten's Young Ace. Both the novel and the manga have been licensed in North America by Yen Press. A 12-episode anime TV series produced by P.A.Works aired in Japan between January 10 and March 27, 2012, with an original video animation episode released on May 26, 2012, and a live-action film was released in Japanese theatres on August 4, 2012. Genesis of Aquarion. Genesis of Aquarion (創聖のアクエリオン, Sousei no Akuerion?) Is an anime TV series written and directed by Shoji Kawamori, produced by Satelight. The science fiction series is a homage to the Super Robot shows of the 1970s and 1980s, executed with modern animation techniques and aesthetics. The manga has been serialized in Jump Square magazine by Shueisha since April 2009, with individual chapters collected into twelve tankōbon volumes as of December 31, 2013.[1] The story revolves around Rin Okumura, a teenager who discovers he is the son of Satan born from a human woman and is the inheritor of Satan's powers. When Satan kills Rin's guardian, Rin decides to become an exorcist in order to defeat his father. The series was adapted into an anime television series by A-1 Pictures during 2011 and adapted into an anime film (Ao no Exorcist Gekijouban) in December 2012.[2] Viz Media has licensed the manga for North American production, with the first volume released in April 5, 2011. Summary[edit] Saya Kisaragi is a seemingly-normal girl who is overly clumsy and kind. She lives with her father, the head of her hometown's shrine, and learns the "art of the sword" from him. However, as she fights against them, she learns more things about who she really is and her real mission.
