Pasado este tiempo, ponemos las chufas hidratadas en un recipiente con un poco de agua y empezamos a triturarlas poco a poco con la batidora.

Poco a poco irá saliendo la leche de la chufa o la horchata. Después añadimos el azúcar y el resto del agua al recipiente y mezclamos enérgicamente. Degustación.
