, so we have been enjoying some activities related with this & Easter. Spring Maths The maths area included numbers, bunny cups, bunnies, chicks, frogs, eggs, small ladybirds & the ladybirds I made in this post. We completed all sorts of counting & numeral recognition activities. I’ve seen homemade bunny cups all over the internet, but most recently on The Imagination Tree. ALBUMS. AU JARDIN. BLE. A Caterpillar, of the ‘very hungry’ variety, has paid us visit this week.
I’ve tried to provide a variety of opportunities for the children to explore, which link to the story & cover all the areas of learning. Obviously, much of the learning occurs in their independent play as they investigate the materials, but we also play in the areas with them to steer, direct & develop specific skills & learning. Here are some of the things we have experienced… Caterpillar Maths These are the resources I presented… The ‘eggs’ are just numbered butter beans, I made them the same way as my ‘ghosts‘… When directed, the children worked on counting skills & number recognition. Helga et Hans-Dieter Sachse, qui cultivent un jardin écologique dans le Land de Brandebourg, ont découvert cet “hôtel à insectes” lors de la grande exposition horticole 2003 de Rostock, au nord de l’Allemagne. Ils se sont aussitôt mis au travail pour en installer un chez eux. A l’issue du premier hiver, le “taux de remplissage” a commencé à être intéressant, au point que le couple s’est attelé à la réalisation d’un second hôtel pour l’offrir à leur fille Bettina, qui réside en France. One thing that kept appearing were various wooden boards with bits of hose, drainpipe and funnels attached for water play. Most people call them water boards or water play boards. So we decided to design our own. Our new water wall We wanted to create something that the children could interact with. The ground work for the Waterwall Since we came back to school, after the workday on Sunday, it has been the most popular activity at Zelda School. Where’s the water going to go? The children love moving the pieces of gutter and pipe around, trying out different combinations of the equipment and experimenting with getting the water to travel in different directions. Conseils pour vos démarches • Listez face à chaque poste du budget tous les partenaires possibles. • Contactez-les par téléphone afin de valider leur intérêt pour votre projet ou sa conformité dans le cadre de dispositifs existants, de vérifier s’il existe des dates précises pour l’envoi des dossiers ou des plafonds de financement, demandez le nom de la personne à qui adresser votre dossier de présentation ou le dossier type que vous devrez remplir. • Relancez vos contacts quelques jours après l’envoi du dossier, puis régulièrement jusqu’à l’obtention d’une réponse définitive. • Multipliez les contacts et les démarches, il sera toujours temps de faire des choix parmi les réponses positives. • Pensez à mettre à jour votre dossier de présentation au fur et à mesure des accords des partenaires contactés.
