About two weeks ago, Blizzard changed the matchmaking settings so that players are matched against a wider skill range. Shortly thereafter, they reverted the settings , and promised they would make changes again pending testing. Now, the matchmaking settings have been changed again, now with no negative impact on players at the highest and lowest skill levels.
