I've found that by freezing the goats milk, it tends to help reduce the dark brown or tan color that can be associated with the goats milk becoming to hot when the lye is added. All measurements are by weight and not liquid volume. 38oz Olive Oil 18oz Palm Oil 18oz Coconut Oil 2oz Sweet Almond Oil 2oz Shea Butter 2oz Castor Oil (adds more lather) 2oz distilled water & 26oz Goats Milk 11.25oz Lye Essential or Fragrance oil of you choice. Temps for oils and lye mixture should be about 90 to 100 degrees. Place the goats milk in a 1 gallon size zip lock baggie and allow to freeze, laying flat. Place the 2oz's of water into the container that you will be adding and mixing you lye in.
