Step 7. International student affairs orientation day. All exchange students will be divided into 2 groups for the first orientation day, one group will start at 8:00am and the other at 12:00pm.
You will be advised of your orientation group and time on your HEC Webmail. The orientation will begin with an official welcome from the International Student Affairs team. You will be walked through the administrative steps necessary for your stay. We'll be checking your immigration documents, passports and insurance information to confirm your registration at HEC.
