I have been known to make dessert pizza in the past but I wanted to make something new and exciting. So I came up with S’more pizza. It starts out with a pre-baked crust and ends up with perfectly toasted marshmallows on top. One of my best pizzas ever. S’more Pizza 1 pizza dough – (recipe for Basic Pizza Dough)2 tbs butter, melted3 Graham Cracker, pulverized5-6 Hershey bars, diced1 bag mini marshmallows The first step is to make the pizza dough and let it rise till it doubles. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a food processor or a plastic bag and rolling pin, pulverize the three graham crackers until they are dust.

Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza pan. Brush the melted butter over the top of the pizza. Then top with the pulverized graham crackers. Bake the pizza dough for 10-12 minutes until the bottom starts to brown. Top the pizza evenly with chopped Hershey bars. Remove and serve. Pixelated Zelda Cookies. And when I do, I challenge myself to the extreme. I have come across "pixel" cookies a long time ago but I never got around to actually trying it out. "Pixel" cookies are basically shortbread cookie dough, cut/pressed into strips and are painstakingly put together into a log or rectangle which is then sliced into cookies to form an image of a pix-elated picture. I finally got my patience and confidence up after watching a video my brother showed me. So after trying to find an image or character, with intense research (by intense I mean sitting in my bed and typing in "pixel cookies" or "pixel characters" on Google lol), I came across a Link pixel cookie. I was asked to make treats for my sister’s mother-in-law’s poetry reading and art show. I didn’t have a whole lot of time to cook, with school and all, but really wanted to impress. So, I decided to make Oreo truffles and some candy corn cupcakes. Everything was a big hit – but I think the truffles really got everyone at the art show talking! Oh, if you are curious – the candy corn cupcakes are just your basic white cake mix, divided into two bowls and dyed yellow and orange. INGREDIENTS 1 Package Oreo cookies 1 Can sweetened condensed milk Chocolate for dipping – white, milk, dark – whatever you like. DIRECTIONS Pulverize Oreos in food processor until they are fine crumbs and no chunks remain. Form into balls – I used a 35mm scoop. Place newly formed balls on baking sheet and place in freezer for a few minutes to set. Remove truffles from freezer and ready two toothpicks.

Refrigerate when finished.
