Bruce E. Levine. The 20 Best Fitness Tips of All Time Slideshow. Stamina InTONE Folding Recumbent Bike. For the better part of this year, I've made it my focus to reinvent my home gym - based mostly on my goal for a new, healthier lifestyle.
In turn, I wanted to replace my old, creaky, barely capable of functioning stationary bike with something more, well, functional; also, I wanted something quiet, easy to use, easier to store around the house, and other various random attributes. I finally decided to go with this bike, since it didn't appear like a typical stationary bike - and previous reviewers had mentioned it's good on knees (mine are finicky for a 26 year old...stupid sports injuries), and that it was super quiet.
It didn't take long to receive in the mail, and was fairly easy to put together. It's a bit heavier than I expected it to be for a recumbent bike, but I'm OK with that. I'd rather it be a little heavier than expected and awesomely functional than a rickety piece of machinery that won't last as long as I'd hoped or perform all that well.
