FeedBurner

Hello, our name is still FeedBurner. Welcome! It took us a while but we moved the whole neighborhood, down to every last tree, beagle, and mailbox, to Google. We hope you like it. http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/home
iTunes enables anyone to quickly and easily find and subscribe to their favorite Podcasts so that every time there's a new episode, it's automatically downloaded to their Mac® or PC and Auto-Synced to their iPod. According to the websites: "RSSRadio is an easy to use Podcast client (iPodder) for Windows." Primetime Podcast Receiver will receive your podcasts according to a schedule you create and includes a built-in media player. Donation supported. "iPodder is small program that runs on your computer. PodcastAlley.com -- The place to find Podcasts

Top 10 for March 1. Double Feature Riddled with blasphemy and a humble (but vicious) sense of humor, Double Feature is an experiment in film watching. Each show both hosts pick a movie they've seen a hundred times that the other's never watched, and then view both movies back to back. Uninterested in actually reviewing the films, they discuss what makes them notable against the pleathra of others they've seen. http://www.podcastalley.com/

The PodPress Pluging for Wordpress

I searched around and found iPodCatter which is is a good start, for getting the iTunes support, but its just not a fully featured Podcasters pluggin. I then found a VERY nice Flash mp3 player that I really liked. With these two pluggins a a basis for me to learn how to write a pluggin for WordPress and for the core functionality I wanted, I created PodPress which is intended to be a full blown Podcasters Plugin for WordPress. If your using WordPress 1.5 , then you will need to use the replacement wp-rss2.php file that is provided. Look in the podpress/WP1.5_users/ directory http://www.mightyseek.com/podpress/

Once we verify the correct installation of the subscription button eligible podcasts will be entered into a weekly drawing. We will randomly select a podcast out of the entries and that podcast will be a featured podcast on the home page of the Podcast Ready website. Additionally every month we will review the referrals from all of the eligible podcasts submitted to date and the site with the highest number of referrals for the month will be a featured podcast as well. Note: Podcast Ready retains sole discretion in determing whether or not a podcast is eligible.
But, now, just placing an audio file online at your website and informing users to "click to listen" to your "Podcast on-demand" is sufficient. Most browsers know how to handle and stream an audio file that is clicked on. Thanks to broadband, the moment your audio file begins playing uninterrupted through the end-users player, you have achieved the same effect as Internet Radio. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck - it's a duck. http://radio.about.com/od/createyourownpodcast/ss/How-to-Create-Your-Own-Podcast-Make-Your-Own-Talk-Show-Music-Program-or-Audio-Stream.htm
