Alumni — UC Berkeley College of Engineering
is dean of the A. James Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland, where he joined the faculty in 1995 and has served as chair of aerospace engineering since 2006. He earned his master’s and doctorate from MIT and is a fellow of the Institute of Physics, associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and winner of an NSF CAREER Award.
