Ce qui est embêtant quand on tourne des Concerts à emporter à Montréal, c’est que de novembre à mars, il fait tellement froid qu’on ne peut décemment pas demander aux musiciens de jouer à l’extérieur. Heureusement, il y a de magnifiques endroits comme la salle Wilfrid-Peletier où Philippe et moi avions rendez-vous avec Tegan and Sara une après-midi toute grise. Si on compte, c’est vrai qu’on a moins souvent tourné avec des femmes. Et quand c’est le cas, il s’agit souvent de chanteuses plutôt impressionnantes et qu’on imagine inaccessibles — à tort en général. Rien que pour ça Tegan et Sara sont rafraîchissantes. Déjà, on fait la même taille.

Tegan and Sara
Identical twin sisters and indie-pop deities Tegan and Sara released Sainthood in 2009 and have since been touring the Chris Walla-produced album. At the moment, they're traveling across Europe, and playing shows in Ireland, Denmark, Holland, Germany and England. Throughout the journey, Tegan will be sharing tales from the road with PAPERMG, alongside photos snapped by Lindsey Byrnes .
