There are a zillion programs out there and I have spent years finding the truly good ones. Still, some are listed only because people really don't have a choice( Flash, Java...) and they aren't truly great.
The point of all of this is most programs aren't really all that great and most professional reviews are done by either a bunch of hacks or thinly disguised commissioned salesmen.
