Story(telling), (selling) or (positioning)? If you’ve been through the “friend of a new parent” experience, you understand that whipping out the baby photos and pouring lovingly over every pore and cowlick on the little cherub’s head is great for 2 minutes. 10 minutes tops, depending on your tolerance level. A 30 minute PowerPoint presentation on the subject and you are reassessing your friendship status. This is a valuable lesson in storytelling.
