Hello all, my name is Fraser and I am writing a campaign to support my wonderful girlfriend and family who are in need of our help.
Her name is Seyran "Sarah" Cinar, we’ve been going out for over a year now and in the past 7 months. Sarah has been experiencing some horrible conditions, severe asthma and stomach problems which doctors have not been able to specifically diagnose. These cause Sarah to be admitted into hospital and ICU for long durations which affect her university studies.
