l'espace de Mars vedette: Enfants - Contrôle de vêtements

As you may recall from the first post, we answered an IHeart Answering question regarding storing away excess kid's clothing, that are being saved as "hand me downs". This time around, I am going to focus on storing clothing that is current and on hand for daily usage. I often receive a common question on how I get my kid's to help out with picking up and lending a helping hand around the house. Well, it's not always simple, but I do what I can to make it easy for them to help, and as you will see in this post, great helpers they are!

And that's because I equip them with some tools to keep their clothes nice and neat! I am a believer that labels are extremely amazing tools in keeping any humble abode, an organized and tidy space. When I bake a pie, I have certain requirements the pie has to meet if I am going to keep the recipe around. I had been making pie after pie until I found one that met all my requirements. I want my coconut cream pie to have a silky smooth coconut custard with sweet coconut flakes throughout. I don’t want the coconut to over power the rest of the pie. So it needs to have the perfect balance of coconut and cream.

On a suggestion from his son, Michael Ruhlman, food writer and critic, figures out how to make a chocolate chip cookie ice cream bowl... and tells you how to do it too. This dough will make about two dozen delicious chocolate chip cookies, but if you want to make bowls, you'll need two oven-proof dishes, one that fits inside another, for each chocolate chip cookie bowl. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Bowl Put the following into the bowl of a standing mixer. - 8 ounces of butter - 4 ounces each of brown sugar and white sugar - an egg - a teaspoon of vanilla extract Beat using the paddle attachment until all ingredients are incorporated. Remove the bowl from the stand, put it on a scale and pour in - 8 ounces of flour (about a cup and a half)- 1/2 teaspoon salt - a teaspoon of baking powder Return the bowl to the machine and paddle until the dough is formed.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Enough talk. Coconut Lemon Bars I Heart Nap Time. Hi there, readers!

Coconut Lemon Bars I Heart Nap Time

It’s Jennifer from The Chronicles of Home, and I’m feeling a little *spring* in my step these days…heehee… But seriously, my magnetic pull toward all things lemon is as sure a sign of spring as the little leaf and flower buds popping out all around me. It’s kind of a funny thing, because I can easily get lemons any time of the year, but there’s just something about a lemon dessert that feels ultra-springy to me.

These coconut lemon bars are one of my absolute favorite spring desserts. Lemon bars are one of those oldie-but-goodie classics that will never go out of food fashion. I’ve updated them a bit here with some coconut in the shortbread layer but, don’t despair, the buttery crust and creamy, tangy filling you love are still there. Do you need another reason to make these? Ingredients Instructions Preheat oven to 350º. I’m Jennifer from The Chronicles of Home, where I share DIY and home decorating projects as well as lots of yummy recipes.

We decided to pick a recipe and bake it "together". We both scanned the book and quickly settled on a recipe with bright refreshing flavors- Sunny Citrus Bars. Since both our mothers love citrus, we made these for them on Mother's Day. I made a full pan and presented half of them to my mother and the other half to my mother-in-law. It's the perfect tangy treat for sharing.
