Protovis
Protovis is no longer under active development. The final release of Protovis was v3.3.1 (4.7 MB) . The Protovis team is now developing a new visualization library, D3.js , with improved support for animation and interaction.HyperGraphDB is a general purpose, extensible, portable, distributed, embeddable, open-source data storage mechanism. While a (hyper)graph database designed mostly for knowledge representation, AI and semantic web projects, it can also be used as an embedded object-oriented database for Java projects of all sizes. The system is reliable and in production use is several projects, including a search engine and our own Seco scripting IDE where most of the runtime environment is automatically saved as a hypergraph.
