From MoodleDocs Portfolios in Moodle make it easy for a student to export their work to an external portfolio. For example, student work might include forum posts or assignment submissions that they believe demonstrates their knowledge. Common portfolio settings can be set by an administrator in Settings > Site administration > Plugins > Portfolios > Common Portfolio settings .LinguaFolio is a portfolio assessment instrument designed to support individuals in setting and achieving their goals for learning languages. This three-fold approach, based on the European Language Portfolio, enables language learners at all ages and levels to document their language learning as they move along the continuum towards greater proficiency. LinguaFolio is not limited to documenting progress in learning "foreign" languages.

Bienvenue dans mon e-portfolio de compétences ! Réalisé dans le cadre du Master Aigeme (Applications Informatiques, Gestion, Etudes, Multimédia, E-formation) , parcours Ingénierie de la Formation à Distance, de l’Université Paris 3 Sorbonne-Nouvelle, le e-portfolio est un espace où formuler et illustrer les compétences en Ingénierie de la FOAD et du eLearning acquises pendant la formation. Il permet de découvrir mes travaux et réflexions de plusieurs façons : les mots-clés permettent d’explorer les compétences ; la rubrique Cours donne un aperçu du contenu des cours et des travaux qui m’ont été proposés dans ce cadre. Les rubriques Journal et Stage font part de façon un peu plus personnelle de mon expérience de la formation.

This chapter focuses on these two major purposes for developing e-portfolios, and how to balance both approaches to enhance learner engagement with the e-portfolio process. The paper begins by discussing what an e-portfolio is and how several web 2.0 tools can support e-portfolio development. It then focuses on the two main approaches for e-portfolio development: portfolio as workspace and portfolio as showcase , providing a balanced framework for developing e-portfolios. The role of reflection and intrinsic motivation in e-portfolios are explored, followed by a description of three incremental levels of e-portfolio development, to ease the implementation process.
