All Hallow's Eve - Black and White Wedding Inspiration Monday, October 31, 2011 ~ 2:55 p.m. Each time a holiday comes around, I take the opportunity to create an inspiration board (because they are always so much fun, aren't they? ;) While I'm not usually very fond of the really "theme-y" weddings, I do think that a strong decorative theme can be used as a source of inspiration for a tasteful and stylish wedding or event. I come across themed weddings a lot, especially around this time of year, and while I am very impressed by some, I often think that they can distract from the real meaning and purpose of the day. I realize that it's easy for anybody to get buried in all of the fuss over the decor, flowers, dresses and cakes, but ultimately, those things are simply cosmetic.
