Especially for those that want to stay at home, like me, I saw a TV show 1 hour ago, about life without us. Gas leaks will not be noticed, because zombies, even if they smell them will not fix them, I suppose. Therefore, houses will burn very easily, especially on the USA, where houses are mainly made of wood. Also, regions with cold winters will have their water freezing and cracking the pipes, and in the spring, water would be leaking.
