How you remember these is up to you, and everyone learns differently. I like to learn these just one at a time, and, after a few years of using Photoshop, I am still learning them. Don't even TRY to learn all the shortcuts, and especially shortcuts for operations that you don't use much. But if you find yourself going to the same menu items a lot, you will probably save a good amount of time by learning the shortcut. The shortcuts for the processes are beside the menu items.
