Tema Europeana Politica Europeana de Vecinatate - o alternativa la integrarea în UE - This article analyzes the European Neighborhood Policy, a project launched by the European Union in order to prevent a new political curtain in Europe. In its geopolitical dimension, this project aims neighbors’ relationship strengthening, through strategies and agreements. In the latest years the need for policies of this kind its more urgent, as the enlargement process evolved and among the new neighbors will be former Soviet republics. Anul 2004 aduce pe agenda UE doua evenimente notabile. Conceptul de “Europa extinsa” proiecteaza o Europa nealterata de noi linii de separare cu un set de valori comune, un spatiul al cooperarii si prosperitatii.
Ambele concepte sunt construite a fi o alternativa la integrarea UE. In loc de perspectiva integrarii Desi interesanta aceasta politica ridica numeroase probleme conceptuale. Ce este PEV?
