Bitspace Launches HTML5-Based Streaming Music Player and Backup. There is no dearth of streaming music services on the web today, so it takes quite a bit for a new service to stand out from other popular services like Spotify, MOG and Lala. Today, we came across Bitspace, an online music player and backup service for your music files that puts an interesting new spin on this subject. This service stands out because of its great design and the fact that it's fully based on HTML5. HTML5 Only Given its reliance on HTML5, Bitspace currently only works with Webkit-based browsers like Apple's Safari and Google's Chrome (Internet Explorer users can, of course, use Google's Chrome Frame plugin).

Firefox's implementation of the HTML5 audio tag currently only works with Ogg Vorbis files and does not support playing MP3 files yet. Uploading and Playing Your Music Uploading files to Bitspace is fairly straightforward. What's currently missing, however, is an easy way to upload larger batches of files. The central focus of Bitspace is obviously the music player. "Spying" school agrees to preserve evidence in Laptopgate. The Telemarketing Survey SCAM involving CLARO, Digicel and LIME. Posted by Ingrid Riley on February 25th, 2010 U2 Connect Location still on Digicel's website It was the second time I was hearing it in as many weeks. The first story came from a friend, the second from my 71 year old mother.

A young lady called, introduced herself using what I will immediately assume was a fake name. Said she was calling on behalf of Digicel, please note my mother is a LIME customer and has been since it was called Jamaica Telephone company, well because she worked there for 30 years too. The young lady then went on to ask my mother how does she rate the services and products of LIME, CLARO vs Digicel given the range of a low of 1 to a high of 5.

When we arrived in Baron’s Plaza, as I had figured U2 Connect Digicel store no longer exists. By the way my mother is upset and wants whatever data she gave to be removed from “their” system. The Times is leading today with a claim that the BBC is to close half its website as part of a dramatic round of spending cuts. The move, which would also see the closure of digital radio stations 6Music and Asian Network, is reportedly to be announced by the corporation next month. While there are no details as to which specific parts of the BBC’s vast web offering would go, it appears two youth-targeted projects Switch and Blast, both of which have large websites, would be closed.

Cut or be cut? If The Times report, apparently drawn from sources within the BBC’s governing body the BBC Trust, is correct its timing is interesting. With Britain fast approaching a general election that many expect will be won by a BBC-sceptic Conservative Party, the BBC could be looking to strip as much ‘bloat’ from its vast cross-media offering before the Conservatives do it for them. The recession has hit the advertising business hard, leaving many of the BBC’s commercial rivals struggling. The Coming Twitter Search Changes Are A Move In The Wrong Direct. Cadmus.
