http://www.algeria-us.org/ Ministry for Foreign Affairs – March 6, 2012 The electoral body of the national community living abroad amounts to close to one million electors (988,229 electors), 80% of whom live in France, compared to the 928,403 electors who were registered for the presidential election of 2009, declared Mr. Halim Benatallah, State Secretary for the National Community Living Abroad, as he outlined the new redistribution of geographical zones, including four zones with 2 seats each in Parliament for the national community living outside the homeland.
