In a recent report, The Road to Retention, the Public Policy Forum delivered a message that comes squarely from lengthy consultations and dialogue with the next generation of leaders: in order to attract and retain top-notch talent, employers need to re-consider the boundaries of the workplace, both physical and conceptual. This includes not only transforming the physical elements of the workplace, but also the culture, including approaches to communication and collaborative relationships.
