Construct, erect, install, or repair structures and fixtures made of wood, such as concrete forms; building frameworks, including partitions,joists, studding, and rafters; wood stairways,window and door frames, and hardwood floors.May also install cabinets, siding, drywall and batt or roll insulation.

The purpose of the Center for Workforce Development is to assist families in overcoming employment barriers and in gaining financial stability through education, training, and case management services. The Center offers a job readiness program to TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) recipients in both Adams and Arapahoe Counties, and provides funding for short-term training for low-income families in Adams County.

Welfare-to-Work TANF Program Adams County and Arapahoe County refer TANF recipients to the Center for Workforce Development. Recipients from both counties participate in academic programs, career counseling courses, and work experience programs to gain job training and skills needed to transition from TANF to employment. CHOICES Program The CHOICES Program is available to low-income working families living in Adams County. WIA Grant - Adults/ Workforce Investment Act. WIA Adult & Dislocated Worker Programs The WIA Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs are federally-funded and designed to help job seekers prepare for employment, find and keep a job, and increase earnings.

Training and educational services are available for individuals age 14-24 years of age who are low income, disabled, and homeless or in need of assistance to increase basic literacy skills The program serves in-school and out-of-school youth with reading and math remediation needs.
