Entering Shopping Centres with Uncovered Women Al-Imaam Abdul Azeez ibn Baaz (Rahimahullaah) was asked: Is it permissible for a muslim to enter a shopping centre whilst he knows that in this centre there are uncovered, (near) naked women and there is free mixing which is not pleasing to Allaah?
Answer: It is not allowed to enter this type of market except for one who orders the good and forbids the evil OR for an extreme necessity whilst lowering the gaze and taking precaution against all means of fitnah (temptations and trials) so as to safeguard his honour and religion and be removed from the path to evil (sin). However, it is obligatory for the (religious) police and whosover has the ability (to forbid the evil), to enter these markets and prohibit that which is in it from evil, thereby acting apon the speech of Allah, “The believers, men and women, are Auliyâ’ (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another, they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. The duties of a wife towards her husband « Maktabatul Uthaymeen. Question: What are the duties of a wife towards her husband?
Answer: The wife should observe the following duties towards her husband: Obeying him when he commands her with good as long as it is in her capacity.Maintaining his honor, money and children.Looking after his family.Answering him if he asks to have intercourse with her.Leaving his house only with his permission.Assuming the house work done by her peers. In general, she has to treat him kindly and nicely, deal with him in the best manner and meet his bad conduct with good in order to live in harmony and have a peaceful marital life, with Allah’s Will. May Allah grant us success! May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and Companions!
Four Rak’ah equivalent to lailatul Qadr!
