I should warn this is basically Fluffernutter on steroids, so aside from melting marshmallows and folding in some peanut butter, I also threw in chopped up Nutter Butter, chopped up Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and mini marshmallows.

I’ve been a huge Harry Potter fan since the second book came out and my husband brought it home on the recommendation of a co-worker. I stayed up until the wee hours in the morning with my eyes bugged out so I could finish reading the first and second books. Yes, this was before our kids were in the picture. My husband and I stood in line for all of the rest of the book releases and even named our horses after characters in the book — Dumbledore, Hermione, and Hagrid.

One of the first times I ever realized that – HEY! I can cook for myself! – was when I first learned to make lemonade. Steak au Poivre is one of those gorgeous meals that fills the house, is showy to make in front of guests and makes you want to curl into the couch after dinner, completely content and satisfied. Tenderloin filets are pan fried and then added to a rich, creamy pepper sauce. Sometimes you need a showstopper. Maybe you are trying to impress a date with your cooking skills, maybe you need to show up some food snobs at your next dinner party, or maybe you’re just having an old friend over.
If you are an elitist foodie, I don't know what to tell you other than to check your 'tude at the door.
Hot Chocolate on a Stick. The idea just sounds fabulous doesn't it? We have to warn you, once you make your own hot chocolate, you'll never go back to storebought and your friends and family will always receive a fresh batch at the holidays because it's so simple to make, there's no way you'll ever be able to deprive them of this simple luxury again.
