Dear Sailing Friends, Yacht sailing races have already been organized in every corner of the world. Every island, every continent have already been circumnavigated in a framework of racing which is possible to circumnavigate. There is only one that race organizers have avoided yet: Africa. We are able to organize the AEC, because we believe in it, because we address the people of other cultures, nations with respect and fondness, because we respect the sea and because we have been preparing for this event for our whole life. We know what we have to do.
