Page 1, or the “cover”, is always on the right side, with the last page, or “back cover”, on the left. It is helpful to make a paper “dummy”, folding and numbering the sheets of your book. Then you can open the pages up flat, and easily see how the pages should paginate. Remember: each “sheet” of paper, when paginatated equals four complete pages.
