We went to Paris to celebrate my 40th birthday. I sent an email to Guy Savoy to make a reservation about six weeks prior to our visit. We figured it would be a lovely evening based on the reviews here but were absolutely blown away by the experience. We were treated to the most amazing service from the moment we pulled up in our taxi until they called for us to be picked up.

This restaurant in the heart of Paris has certainly the most beautiful roof terrace you can find. The view is breathtaking and it is obviously one of the best ways to discover Paris and its wonders: Notre Dame, Montmartre.the panorama is unique and you must go to this restaurant and its terrace if it is your first time in Paris. If the prices are too expensive, just order a coffee and enjoy the view. If you can afford to have lunch or dinner (prices range from 60 to 80 euros per person), you will then be able to have a nice meal with courses such as marinated and grilled beef with spices. There are numerous courses so that you can have a large choice. If you come at night to enjoy the best roof terrace in Paris , use the elevator located outside the building as everything else is closed.

Autant dire que c'est un must, vraiment tous les ingrédients débordent de fraîcheur et l'assaisonnement d'une justesse totale, avec une petite surprise à l'intérieur du tartare :-) Mon seul grief sera la compotée exotique, acidulée avec la mangue, bonne certes, mais je ne trouve pas le mariage parfait... et sur ce point, mon compagnon de table était également d'accord. Sorti du menu dégustation, le chef nous fait goûter le Homard Breton cuisiné en Cocotte , Pince en Raviole fondante, Jus réduit.Hey salut, j'ai déjeuner dans ce resto il y a qq années maintenant. Honnêtement j'avais trouvé que la cuisine était plus dans le spectacle que dans le goût. Je ne recommande donc pas vraiment. by Sep 28
