Često imamo materijala oko sebe, no nedostaju nam upravo dobre ideje. Mušku košulju u tren oka možete pretvoriti u tuniku, i to bez krojenja i šivanja.

Svoju staru majcu možete uz pomoć škara i ovog nacrta pretvoriti u zgodan topić. Često u prirodi sakupljamo male lijepe kamenčiće, i onda ne znamo što bi s njima. Sviđa ti se? Wednes-diy | Free People Clothing Boutique Blog. UPDATE: This post originally ran on March 23 2011, but with summer winding down we wanted to bring it back up for some late summer inspiration! A fellow fp girl sent this to me a couple weeks back and i’ve been thinking about it ever since! I can think of a million reasons why these would be awesome… as apartment décor, as outdoor party décor, and – wouldn’t they be the best thing EVER for camping in general or at a festival? Just let them sit in the sun all day, and they’ll last all night! I am absolutely going to make some to bring with me to bonnaroo this year. you can buy a sun jar here, but you can make your own for much cheaper!

I am not good with technical things, like putting together a solar power cell, so i found the easy way :) what you need: a mason jar with a clear glass lid like this one from ikea, a solar garden light like the ones pictured above, which i found here, adhesive and glass frosting spray. last image. Japanese Kusudama, this tutorial is featured on Craftuts Anyone can do that, I assure you. The proof: I can, just take a quick look at my result below. And, believe me, I am neither meticulous nor particularly patient. You could even say I’m the opposite. Below you can see my very first attempt to create paper flowers. What you will need to make your own Kusudama paper ball? 1. 3. 4. (optionally) I prefer torn paper instead of cut. You have to start with a single petal. Now you have to glue your 5 petals into a flower. Apply the glue to only one side of each petal, except for the last one, in this case cover both sides with glue.

Your first flower is done. Don’t glue every petal right after you make it. When all 12 flowers are finished you have to glue them together. When two halves of Kusudama Flower Ball are ready you have to glue them together. DIY Party Animal Candles | The Sweetest Occasion. Hi there, it’s Jenny from Hank + Hunt with a fun and super easy diy today! As soon as I thought of making these I got a huge kick out of naming them Party Animals. Hilarious, but if you hear groaning…it’s coming from my house. Regardless of how cheesy the name is, these turn out awesome. Your kid’s favorite animal holding that birthday candle minus those red eyes that are oh so typical for plastic creatures, awesome. Supplies - plastic animalsplastic candle holdersdrill with 1/8″ drill bitpliersgold spray paint For the plastic animals, you can use any kind you can find. Hold the animal with the pliers and drill a hole straight down, being careful not to pop out the other side.

Spray paint the animals in a few light coats, rotating them to cover all sides. I also painted the candle holders to match. That’s it. {Photos by Hank + Hunt for The Sweetest Occasion.} A Little Hut :: Patricia Zapata :: Paper Illustrations, Gift boxes, Calendars, Stationery, Printables, Handmade cards. How to Make Leaf Skeletons. I wanted to share with you a project from one of my readers who shares with us how to make leaf skeletons. I LOVE this! I have several leafs in various forms displayed in my home and knew I needed to make some of her leaf skeletons to add to my decor. I love how a pattern of leaves can enhance the beauty in your home. So I asked Heather if she would mind sharing her project with you. I have spent hours and tried various ways of making these. You need washing soda, not baking soda! Gather your leaves. Washing soda is a strong base so you may want to wear gloves when handling the leaves. You will add 3/4 cup of washing soda and 4 cups of water to your pot of leaves. Keep going, you will need to add more water so your pan doesn’t dry out.

When 1.75 hours are up fill a glass baking dish with cool water. I carefully removed them and rinsed with water and added clean water to the pan. If you’re still with me, this is what I ended up with… I have a maple leaf which turned out not so well. Smoking girl smoking barista print by printeranji on Etsy. Making this: the ikea rast campaign hack | almost makes perfect. Mainly the reason I started this blog, I tend to look at inspirational DIYs and hacks and try to copy them, this was one of the first cases of me just knowing what I wanted to make and doing it.

And people on the internet liked it as much as I did! After scouring flea markets and craigslist for campaign furniture, I gave up. It is so pretty! Am I the only person that can’t find the pieces in person? So I made my own from the Ikea Rast tiny little dresser. So here is the step-by-step (well, somewhat.) I picked up one of these guys for $35, not really positive of what I was going to do with it. I assembled the body of the dresser, and kept the drawer fronts on their own while I patched up the original knob holes. After patching the holes, I drilled the holes for the corner pieces and pulls. Once the drawer fronts were done, I assembled the drawers and VOILA! Hey – see my rast on Apartment Therapy and Little Green Notebook! Most favorited all-time. Ice Cream Ruffles. You know the saying that start outs with “I love you like a chubby kid loves…”? Well, there has got to be a joke in there somewhere over my love for these ruffled ice cream cones by Icing Designs.

Could they really be any more perfect? If only I could always be more in love with fabric ice cream cones than the real deal.. project & photos by Icing Designs Like this: Like Loading... DIY Rustic Pallet Coffee Table. When I started the project I'm about to share with you, I had no idea what I was doing or how it would turn out. Luckily, I am thrilled with the results: This rustic looking coffee table was made with just two pallets. There had been a bunch of pallets stashed next door as they had just finished hauling new building materials in on them. I walked by them for a couple of days, with ideas stirring around in my head.

Last weekend I convinced Dustin to help me craft a table with them. I pretended to know what I was talking about when I explained my idea to him... but let's be honest, I was totally making it up on the spot. (^ haha). Step 1: Obtain PalletsStep 2: Remove boards from the top. D hammered the boards off from the opposite side. While he was doing that, I was giving them a light sanding. Step 3: Place boards back on frame, side by side. Step 4: Cut off excess frameStep 5: Screw boards down We did this to both pallets. Next came the legs. Then came more sanding. Making this: diy painted wooden spoons | almost makes perfect. One of the easiest, fastest, and cheapest fun DIYS is taking some of those wood spoons everyone owns tons of and making them TOTALLY PRETTY! You tape a line on each spoon at whatever height you’d want. I wanted mine mostly color but they might look good with more of just an accent. Paint them with a foam brush. You’re done. A couple hours later, take that tape off and display them somewhere visible.
